Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire house consists of two units - this lower unit, and an upper unit (usually occupied by owners or other renters). A large front yard offers an outdoor place to relax or play. Inside, a well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room which hides family games beneath the smart TV. Enjoy the beautiful views from the living room, master bedroom, and front porch. Local activities, and short drive to tons of activities!!! The space This unit is the lower unit of a duplex and consists of an entry way with a bench, three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and an enclosed front porch. The master bedroom with a queen bed, armoire, table, and Smart TV is located next to the small bedroom with two twin beds. The half bath is located between those two bedrooms. The other bedroom with the twin-over-queen (with roll-out twin trundle) is located near the main bathroom. The kitchen/dining room is open to the living room. The front porch is gated so your little ones can't wander off. The front yard is yours to play in. Guest access The lower unit is your vacation home get-away and includes use of the following spaces on the property: lower unit, lower front porch, front yard, and two parking spaces in the lower parking area. Please do not use the backyard, and do not access the sheds. The garbage bin for the lower unit is the blue one with the black lid.
