Welcome to my home. I have worked to create a warm, comfortable space and happy to share it with others when I am out of town. This is primarily a home, not a rental. I have a 32" TV that can be plugged in and set up. There is a washer/dryer in the unfinished basement. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, the house stays cool thanks to the basement. No pets live here. so I have never needed A/C. I do have shades on the windows to help control temps too. No pets live here. The space I am centrally located. It is just a few blocks to the University of Montana Western and a few blocks to downtown Dillon. There is a small backyard. Beds: I have an Avocado mattress (medium) and an Live and Sleep foam mattress (medium, but is on the firmer side).
