The space This property has one A-Frame home; please note starting October 1st 2024 the main A free home is rented separately than the mini cabin/guesthouse. They do sit on the same piece of land and share parking. Both properties are private and separated(see pics) but you will see other cars and people in sight. Reviews prior to August 31st 2024 are for both homes. We are family and dog friendly. When you are renting this home, you are renting the bigger A frame home only. *** The home includes two private bedrooms(one upstairs, one downstairs) a living room and a kitchen(downstairs) a loft/game room, and basement downstairs with a washer/dryer. Hot tub(available year round) and private mini golf course. Sleeping arrangements: *Room 1 downstairs-1 queen bed(sleeps 2) *Room 2 upstairs-1 queen bed(sleeps 2) *Pull out queen bed downstairs in living room(sleeps 2) *Loft/game room upstairs-1 queen pull out bed(sleeps 2) This room is open and does not have a door, good sleeping arrangement if you want to put the kids there *There are 2 additional folding beds size twin XL, they can comfortably fit an adult up to 6'2 and 300 pounds. These can be used anywhere in the home, that you have additional guests (sleeps 2) **We also have a pack n play always available to use** Adjacent to home is putting green, hot tub, and four 48 amp chargers for all makes/models. Chargers are free to use. Guests have open view of lake and mountains(not walking distance) however available to see within a few minute drive. There is also a boat ramp about ten minutes from the home that you can use during your stay. This is at the county boat ramp near Lakeland Beach. ** We do rent out the property for events and weddings.**** Both A-frame and Guest House would have to be booked together. Rates vary depending on season and guest capacity. Please inquire separately as these rates are not listed on Airbnb. Events and weddings need to be approved and paid for separately.
