Description
Snuggle in by the fire! A completely renovated guesthouse is waiting to host your cozy get-away on a 4-acre forested site along the Parker River. You feel like a million miles from the hustle of the city, but it's less than one hour from Boston and 10 minutes from downtown Newburyport. The Parker River Wildlife Refuge is nearby. Crack a book next to the fireplace, enjoy a walk in nature, visit one of the amazing restaurants in Newburyport, or sit and watch the game. The space This open concept guesthouse is a waterfront property that has one queen bed and a couch that transforms to a second queen bed. You can park right at the bottom of the stairs up to the guest house which is on the second floor. There is a new (December 2019) working gas fireplace. The owners' residence is on the other side of the driveway, so privacy is maintained for guests. The sliding glass doors lead to a brand new deck that overlooks the forested property, with distant seasonal views of Plum Island Sound. Guest access Guests have access to the whole yard/grounds, the private deck off the slider of the guesthouse, and can park anywhere in front of the 3-car garage. Other things to note Stairs lead from the driveway up to the deck and entrance to the guesthouse. Gas log fireplace with a remote control.
