Walking distance to a bus stop down the street. 10 minutes to UMass Memorial Medical Center Campus, 4 minutes to Price Chopper Supermarket, Walmart Super Center, and several restaurants. 2 minutes to 7-Eleven, liquor stores, mini markets and gas stations. 8 minutes to WooSox Station, 9 minutes to Hanover Theater, 10 minutes to the Art Museum, 11 minutes to Ecotarium. Guest access Self check in. Codes for the doors digital locks will be provided. Other things to note *UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Guests who bring unauthorized guests or pets onto the property, even for one night, will be reported to Airbnb. Additional fees will be included in the reservation, which then will be canceled completely, without any right to a refund. Property has external surveillance cameras. The fee charged for extra guests not only cover extra costs for maintainance, clean, and utilities but also ensure that my property remains adequately protected under my insurance policy.  *No pets allowed. *Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours. *Please do NOT flush wipes down the toilet, even those that say "Flushable." *Please do not block the driveway. You can park your car on the end of the driveway against the fence or near the garage door. The driveway is located at the left side of the house.
