Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, it's just a 5-minute walk to Dunkin' Donuts, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, and nearby restaurants. The host resides on the second floor, and the house is shared with them. Guest access Access is via the garage door. Inside, all areas of the suite are entirely private. Guests can enjoy the backyard and outdoor space, which is shared with the homeowners and fully fenced for the safety of pets. Street parking is available in front of the house, accommodating up to two small cars. Other things to note This is a quiet and welcoming residential neighborhood. Street parking is available; please use only the two spaces directly in front of the house and avoid blocking neighbors. The driveway is frequently in use, so parking there is not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 11pm to 7am. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed The Avenel NJ Transit station (1 mile) and Rahway station (2 miles) both offer direct trains to NYC in about 40 minutes—please check schedules on the NJ Transit website. A bus to NYC’s Port Authority (42nd St) also runs from just one block away, though with limited service it can be a convenient alternative.
