Welcome to The Getsinger's Guest House. Simple accommodations in a 104 year old Guest House, built by my grandparents. You will have a private room on the third floor so steps are included in your stay! There are shared baths-1 full bath & 2 half baths with an additional outside shower. The house has a relaxing front porch, steps to the beach & boardwalk! Must be 21 or older. A card on file is required at check-in for parking pass security. No charges are made unless the pass is not returned. The space A guest house built by my grandparents in 1922, there are 6 bedrooms on the third floor with shared baths, a community fridge and microwave. An outside shower is in the side yard. There are two apartments on the first floor that are weekly rentals and the family lives on the second floor. There are two front porches, a smaller side porch and back porch for relaxing. We are third generation Inn Keepers here at our guest house. We hope you enjoy your stay! Previously, parking on our lot has been included. The lot is sold and no longer available for our use. A city meter pass will be provided. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy any of the porches and use the common room with a fridge, microwave, and a supply of board games. Other things to note Welcome to The Getsinger’s Guest House Please be mindful you are in our HOME! The important word here is that this is our home where we rent rooms and apartments for your vacation enjoyment. We understand that you are on vacation but you have chosen to come into someone’s home, as opposed to a hotel. HOUSE RULES No parties! NO ONE other than who is a registered guest is allowed into the home for both your safety, the other guests and your hosts. You can visit with friends on the porch but not inside the house. *f we discover you have someone else in the house, we will ask you to leave and there will be no refund. *You need to come in quietly! There are other guests that also want to enjoy their stay! Please provide names and contact info for each guest coming with you. I will take a picture of your ID when you arrive. Thank you!
