This beautiful home away from home is perfectly located in the heart of Centerville. Things to do while you’re in town all within 1-3 miles. The Largest square in Iowa is located 1 mile from the house. Beautiful shops to visit! Movie theater, Bowling alley, museum, eateries, Tangleberries(cafe), grocery stores, Wal-mart, Pub/bars & etc Kid friendly as well, play structure within 2 blocks, Basketball courts, soccer fields, tracks and beautiful trails to explore & etc. Adventure Awaits!!!😊 The space One bedroom has 2 twin beds 2nd bedroom has 1 California king Couch is a queen pullout and sleeps 2. Guest access Whole house , huge backyard & driveway/street parking as well. Detached shed for extra storage. Great place for hunters to hang or store gear! Other things to note The back door knob may need to be lifted a little to lock or unlock. Due to shifting from a roof leak that has been fixed.
