Come stay at our cozy seaside beach house on the border of Seaside Heights and Ortley Beach. It`s a short ride from north Jersey area and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, bay, amusement rides, Breakwater Water Park, bike rentals and miniature golf. Also within walking distance from Acme and CVS. If you don't feel like walking, you can take the sky ride to the Casino Amusement Pier or take a short drive to Island Beach State Park where you can enjoy a more secluded day at the beach! The space We’re located just 2 blocks from the start of the Seaside Heights boardwalk and beach. Our beach entrance is at the quieter end of the boardwalk, making it the perfect spot to relax while still being close to all the fun, restaurants, and attractions. Walk a couple blocks in the opposite direction and you’ll find a beautiful bay area with a playground, outdoor fitness park, and Sunset Beach next to Stewarts — a favorite local spot for watching the sunset with ice cream in hand. Nearby pickleball courts, boat and jet ski rentals, arcades, water parks, and summer activities make it easy to enjoy everything the shore has to offer. During the summer, fireworks light up the beach every Wednesday night in June, July, and August. Our beach house consists of: - 4 Beach badges provided for our guests - Living room with full size sleeper sofa - Two bedrooms with a full size bed in each room - Full kitchen and dining area - Bathroom with shower - Fully air conditioned and ceiling fans in each room - Flat screen Color cable TV - Wi-fi - Microwave - Kitchen equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc. Keurig, Small Ninja Blender, Toaster - Ironing board and iron -Gas barbecue in backyard with table - Washer and dryer on premises - 1 Parking space on premises Guest access Guests have access to the entire front house, including the backyard area and gas grill.The back house located behind the property is separately occupied by the host. Please note the host accesses the back house via a path that goes through the backyard area. Other things to note *Per town ordinance, guests must be 25 or older to book this property. - Linens are not provided. Guests should bring their own sheets, towels, and blankets. Pillows are provided with protective covers; guests may wish to bring their own for added comfort. - A replacement fee of $80 will be charged for any lost beach badges. - A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided; guests may bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. - One designated parking space is provided on the right side of the driveway. Please keep the left space open for host use.
