Filtered hot/cold water and 1st Aid kit is available in the hallway. A shared storage/utility closet is available with garbage bags and basic cleaning supplies/tools. Entry is through the rear of the building (from the driveway) and up the stairwell to the rooms. Outdoor seating and tables are available in the yard. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area (no smoking/vaping inside the building). Parking is free and available on the street and in our private lot directly across from the building.
