Our block is tucked between vibrant Magazine Street and historic St. Charles Avenue. The St Charles streetcar stops just four blocks away, and will take you down to the French Quarter (Vieux Carre) or towards Audubon Park and the Audubon Zoo. Buses run along Magazine (three blocks away) and Napoleon Avenue (one block away). Guest access You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and porches, plus off-street parking for one car. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking (or vaping) and no pets allowed in or near the house. The house has central air conditioning and heating. Off-street parking is available for one car. Maximum occupancy is five (5) people. No parties, no overnight visitors unless agreed upon in advance. Accessibility: all bedrooms are upstairs; five steps up to front door.
