The space This recently renovated property on the first floor in downtown Wildwood, New Jersey, features two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms include a king bed and three twin beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property is equipped with central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and WiFi for added convenience. Additionally, there are three smart TVs for entertainment. Its prime location just two blocks away from the boardwalk and beach makes it a perfect choice for a beach getaway.. If food shopping once you arrive Rio Grande Walmart off the island usually has the cheapest prices (located at 3159 rte south 9, rio grande - about a 10 minute drive) don’t forget your reusable bags! We have some located under the sink cabinet. Sound machines in both bedrooms (ear plugs also located on master bedroom dresser for sound sleepers) Black out curtains in both bedrooms. Board games and books are located in the cabinet under the tv in the living room. Bath towels, wash cloths, bed linens, blankets, pillows, hand-soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products and trash-bags are provided. K-cups, creamers/sugars, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels in kitchen, and laundry/dishwasher detergent pods to start off your stay. BEACH TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys located in the storage room. Though certain items aren’t replenished during a short stay please don’t hesitate to ask. Parking: designated availability for one car in garage located on E. Youngs Ave. Do not block driveway /sidewalk for other tenants. Driveway is for upstairs apartments only. Do not park in driveway. Pacific Ave and E Young’s Ave are metered parking. Guest access Private entrance and porch with bistro table and seating. Gas BBQ grill located in back of driveway shared with one other apartment. Storage room with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys (door located next to apartment, painted the same color blue as the building) keys for storage room hanging by front door. Storage room is shared with other units in building. Please only use one beach cart per unit. Outdoor shower in back of driveway shared with other units. Water hose located by stairs in driveway to rinse off sandy items. ***Please run hose to ensure it doesn’t come out hot prior to rinsing off children or yourself since it can be hot from sitting in the sun. Other things to note Front door is a keyless entry. You will be given the code prior to your stay. Entry code will not work until check in time at 3pm unless earlier check in is possible & approved. In any Downtown area or multi-unit building there is a potential for noise. We have quiet hours in place to ensure everyone has a peaceful vacation. Don’t hesitate to reach out if other guest are misinterpreting what quiet hours entail. White noise machine and ear plugs provided. Quiet hours (10 pm - 7 am) No loud music, yelling, screaming.
