Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short trip outside of town. Relax in an indoor hot tub over looking Lake Bistineau. There is a public boat launch within 1 min drive and dock at the house to tie boats off. 3 Fishing poles will be available for guest to use on the dock. The lake is excellent for Largemouth bass, Blue catfish, Freshwater drum, Channel catfish, Flathead catfish, Black crappie, White crappie and others. Fire pit in back yard along with grill to BBQ! The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens. There is also a pull out queen in the living room making for a total of 4 beds. The back living room/game room overlooks the lake with large windows full length of the room. The hot tub room is also in the back of the house facing the lake. The backyard (lakeside) has a dock for fishing and an attached floating dock for boats. The public launch is a 1 minute drive around the corner. You can launch there and leave boat tied to the dock. There is plenty of parking which will also accommodate a few trucks with boat trailers in the front of the house. Guest access The entire property is accessible. Other things to note The lake starts getting drawn down the end of July and the gates get shut again in February to allow to refill with rainfall. Usually it takes until end of July/ mid August for the water in front of the house to be gone. The pear trees on the property start to ripen in June/July. Feel free to eat as many as you’d like.
