Cottage is best suited for solo travelers, couples and young families who love the sun, sand, and surf. Rental has river views/access and includes use of a private oceanside beach with free parking. Plenty of local attractions but also within driving distance of Rhode Island, Boston, and Cape Cod. The space Open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Hall closet for hanging belongings and storage. Two sleeping areas. Main bedroom has a queen mattress. Second sleeping area has bunk beds. Bottom bunk is a full mattress while the top bunk is a twin. One half-bath and an outdoor shower. Closet on the porch to store outdoor belongings. Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage. There is a picnic table available for outdoor dining. Guest should feel comfortable in the area surrounding the cottage including the the small beach, docks, and water. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use the kayaks (adult life-vests provided). Bring your boat if you've got one, we've got a dock.
