You will need to bring your own sheets and towels and basic toiletries. We will leave a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels as well as garbage bags. What type of linens to bring: Master bedroom is a queen bed 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full and twin Sofa pull out is a full size bed *Renter must be 25 years of age and older *No parties or large gatherings at property. *Occupancy of more than 6 guests is not permitted and could result in cancellation of reservation through Airbnb. *Beach badges are not included. Weekly packages are $175 for 8 badges. Additional badges are $40 *Daily wristbands may be purchased from badge checkers located at the beach walkways for $20 a day Guest access Guests will have full access to property, completely private. Please note there is a Blink security door bell Weekly badges must be purchased from Ocean Beach III. It is a package of 8 badges for $175. Additional badges are $40. Daily wristbands may be purchased by the badge checkers located at the beach walkways. Other things to note **Renter must be 25 and over. Also, minors must be accompanied at all times and should not be permitted to stay in the unit without an adult present. Linens/pillows/towels/basic toiletries are NOT provided. If you would like to purchase a bath & kitchen towels plus all bedding (pillows & sheets) linen package for an additional $125 per weekly (this will be added to the cleaning fee) stay, please let us know when booking. You will be provided with: - 1 Queen bed sheet set with 2 pillows - 2 Full set bed sheet with 4 pillows - 1 Twin set bed sheets with 1 pillow - 6 Bath towels and 6 washcloths - 2 Kitchen towels - starter of toilet paper, dish soap & paper towels *Beach badges are not included. Please see guest access for weekly packages or daily purchase info. No more than 6 guest may be in or on the property at any time. If this is violated, Airbnb will be contacted to revoke rental. Parties and/ or large gatherings are NOT PERMITTED. If you plan on hosting a party this is not the rental for you. This is a small family community with rules and regulations. Door lock code will be provided day of check in. Wi-Fi TV Washer/Dryer Full Kitchen Parking is limited to 2 cars and no off street parking due to association rules. Cars violating this may be subject to tow at owners expense. Please note there is a Blink security doorbell present.
