A fun & unique escape just 20 mins from the World Cup at MetLife Stadium & American Dream! 35 mins from NYC, 15 mins from EWR, & 10 mins from Prudential Center, Rutgers & Seton Hall Universities. This space is perfect for a romantic getaway or for entertaining your guests. There’s a billiards/ping pong table, a speaker, plenty of lights, a charcoal & gas grill, and a private hot tub open all year exclusively for you during your stay. Guests are allowed. The space The RV has a bedroom with a short King mattress, a kitchen with an oven, gas ranges, and refrigerator, a private bathroom with a shower, & private outdoor space. Please park directly in front of the RV at a slant in parking number 7 only. Do not park in any of the first six residential only parking spaces. This is a new and permanently stationary camper that is discretely and conveniently parked in the backyard of a house on a double lot. The camper has windows, curtains, and shades for comfort and privacy. The space is designed for entertainment. There are TVs inside, and a billiards table that can also be used as a ping pong table. There’s also a new private hot tub/jacuzzi available all year round during your stay. Guest access The private space includes the stationary RV and the immediate space in front of it which is closed off. The space is secure. You have your own parking directly in front of the RV. Please park at an angle and do not park in any of the six residential parking spaces. Access to the other side of the RV (the backyard of the house) is not included so please do not try to pass over. There are two electric bikes you can use during your stay with locks and helmets included as well! Other things to note Guests are allowed. Please be upfront about parties. Only 5 guests are allowed in the RV at once due to weight restrictions. If you want to have a few guests, please be upfront and let me know in advance. You can play loud music until 10pm and you can play low music until midnight. No music after midnight. If you try and have a party without letting us know first we will shut it down.
