There is also a dining room table that can accommodate up to 6. Two bedrooms downstairs (Bedroom 2 & 3 in the photos). The primary has a queen bed with brand new mattress. In the second downstairs bedroom you have the option to turn the day bed into two singles or a king. Let us know in advance and we can arrange for you. Upstairs is a spacious room with a queen and single bed. Each with brand new mattresses. There is a smart TV and dedicated air conditioner for the space. Great spot for the kids to relax and sleep. Easy outdoor living space with a grill, outdoor shower, and seating for 6. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun in a quiet space. Relax on the perfect front porch complete with a dining table and two relaxing chairs for reading and catching up. 2 parking spaces on the left hand side of the driveway come with the property. Guest access There is a lockbox to the right of the driveway door. Guests enter through the front. Other things to note All stays over two weeks require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team. This is complimentary and included in our airbnb cleaning fee. We will work around your schedule to get this done, and appreciate your understanding. Please note that we have a strict NO PARTY policy. Any large gathering will be addressed immediately. We ask our guests to be respectful to both our neighbors and those that live here year round. We reserve the right to remove any guests that are hosting a party or acting inappropriately.
