The Sea Song is good for families with kids, business travelers, and larger groups. Rent one apartment (either the 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1st floor, or the 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor apartment- unit#2) or the whole house for larger get-togethers. We are located just I/2 block to the beach in Cape May's popular south-end. Walking distance to the South Cape May Meadows Nature Conservancy which leads to the Cape May Lighthouse- a renowned birding area. Please contact me before booking for availability. The space The Sea Song is located on the beach block of Broadway, steps away from Cape May finest beaches at the south end. We are located 2 1/2 blocks to Cape May's famous "Cove" beach. The second-floor apartment (unit #2) at The Sea Song is 27 steps above grade. The apartment has a private sundeck with outdoor dining table. There is also a shared backyard with BBQ grill, picnic tables and lounge chairs. This second-floor apartment contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 4 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 twin bed. The laundry room is also shared. Parking is included for two vehicles. This property rents as a weekly vacation rental, and rents from Saturdays to Saturdays only, (7 night minimum). The property is located just 1/2 block to Broadway Beach and a short walk to the "Cove"-- Cape May's finest beaches at the south-end. The Sea Song has been owned within the same family since the 1950's. Your host is right here in Cape May. Guest access On-site parking included for two vehicles. You will be right next to all the beach action and most everything is within walking distance, so you will have little need for your car. Minimum age for primary guests: 28. Other things to note We welcome families to The Sea Song however we do not provide child safety features such as cordless blinds, outlet covers, child safe cabinet locks, etc. You are responsible for parenting your own children. Guests are responsible for providing own bedding and bath linens. There will be enough paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) for your arrival, but you are responsible for replenishing for your needs during your stay. No smoking in property. Minimum age requirement for primary guests: 28. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Please leave apartment clean and orderly, and as you have found it, at departure.
