The space Some of the things that will make your stay easier and more comfortable in your room are: -Private nice bedroom! -Private lock with a key! -You can make your coffee with the practical coffee machine and take a walk in the city view with your to go cups! -Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower loaf and slippers! -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry bag,hangers and useful closet! -A comfortable queen size bed, desk, chair, closer and night stand! -Smart Tv with free Netflix/YouTube! Guest access -A huge shared kitchen with a dining area! -There is everything you need it the spacious kitchen with full amenities! -Early luggage drop off area! -Laundromat is only 2 minutes walk away! -You can enjoy your trip to Manhattan with the unique New York view. -The bus stop, a minute's walk away, is located on the corner of the street, giving you the chance to watch the wonderful view of New York. 🏙️ -It only takes 20-25 mins to go to Manhattan, Port Authority Bus Terminal by direct bus! -The bus runs even at 3.00AM 7 days a week! -You can take it from the NJTransit app or can pay cash to the bus driver (only in NJ), one-way ticket is $3.50. -New Jersey and New York bus runs every 5 minutes.🚌 -The cost of 10 bus tickets is $30. Other things to note NO SMOKING anywhere in the apartment! If you are caught smoking you will be asked to leave and pay $400 cleaning fee! We have security cameras in the front door for your security! I do not accept extra guests (max 2 guests)! We do not accept unauthorized pets! No parties or loud music any hour of the day! No throw toilet paper, paper towels, feminine products, wipes, tissues etc. If you flush anything that is not toilet paper, it can cause a clog and you will need to pay for the repair fee! 🧺 After checkout: If towels are missing, any items are removed from the room, property is damaged, or permanent stains are found on the mattress or bedding that cannot be removed, additional charges will apply to cover replacement or cleaning costs. There is pay parking on the street. If you have a car please let me know! I am not responsible for any tickets from the Town! Everyone will have to park on the street, tickets and permits are up to the guests and not our responsibility! 🅿️Parking Please note that our property does not offer private or designated parking. Street parking in the area is limited and may not always be easy to find. Guests are solely responsible for securing their own parking and for complying with all local parking regulations and posted street signs. We cannot assume responsibility for parking availability or for any issues related to street parking, including but not limited to tickets, towing, vehicle damage, or violations incurred during your stay.
