5 North Lake is a seasonal cottage situated yards from the shore. The property has panoramic views of the largest recreational body of water in Massachusetts: Otis Reservoir. Great for kayaking, fishing, swimming, boating or just relaxing and watching the sunset from the dock or deck. **Our calendar leaves a day open after each rental for cleaning. If your ideal check-in/out date isn’t available, message us and we’ll do our best to see if we can accommodate you. The space Our seasonal cottage is cozy, clean, and functional with spectacular views of the lake and sunset. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, decks, dock, yard, 2 kayaks, life vests, floaties, gas bbq grill, yard games, and driveway for parking for 3-4 cars. **There is also room on the dock to moor one boat. In addition, guests can use our SmartTV with Hulu and Amazon Prime, high-speed (fiber) internet access, and portable speakers. We have a variety of books and board games for all ages too. Other things to note The town of Otis has strict new AirBnb restrictions around occupancy. Per local bylaws, no more than 5 persons are allowed to overnight at our property. Similarly, please ask us in advance if you’d like to entertain more people during the day. We like to limit the number of people at our cottage because of the toll it takes on our septic as well as a courtesy to our neighbors who live there year-round.
