We are located just 5 minutes from I-10 and I-210, making it an ideal hub for traveling industrial plant contractors, or guests looking to play at L'Auberge, the Golden Nugget, and the Horseshoe Casino (located just 3 minutes away!).The Upper Level:Inside, you will find three comfortable bedrooms with premium bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, and a gorgeous living area. Unwind in our luxurious clawfoot soaking tub while gazing out at the water, or refresh in the spacious curbless double shower. Step outside onto the expansive upper deck to sip your morning coffee or evening tea on cozy patio furniture while overlooking the serene bayou.The Lower Level & Outdoors:Downstairs features a massive covered outdoor living space designed for entertainment. Relax with our dual wall-mounted fans and industrial swamp cooler while you fire up the BBQ grill, play yard games, or fish directly off our private dock.Located on a very quiet dead-end road with a covered carport and plenty of additional parking, this property is the perfect sanctuary for weekend casino goers, festival travelers, or out-of-town workers seeking a quiet home away from home. Guest access Guests have exclusive, full access to the entire upper-level home and the upper deck. On the first (ground) level, guests have full access to the downstairs bathroom, the massive covered patio area, the carport, the front/back yards, and the fishing dock. To keep you cool in the Louisiana heat, the patio is equipped with two wall-mounted fans and a premium swamp cooler, alongside a hot and cold water dispenser. Please note: The on-site workshop, maintenance room, and lawn care storage rooms are strictly locked for host use only and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note We are happy to offer complimentary use of our on-site canoe! To use the canoe, you must notify us in advance. SAFETY REQUIREMENT: Guests must provide their own properly fitting life jackets, as our on-site supply is strictly limited in size and availability. Anyone utilizing the canoe does so entirely at their own risk.
