In-room: AC, mini fridge, microwave, Fire TV/Netflix, desk/light, HEPA fan, recliner, iron, hair dryer, large closet. Shared Men’s/Women’s bathrooms (7 rooms). No kitchen. Filtered hot/cold water + outdoor seating/cabana. Quiet building—no parties/events. The space Monthly stays only (30+ nights). Professionally managed private rooms in a quiet building near Somerville Hospital, Rutgers, and nearby corporate offices. All rooms are newly renovated and work-ready with utilities, Wi‑Fi, and free parking included. Each room includes AC, a dedicated workspace, mini fridge, microwave, and Fire TV/Netflix. Bathrooms are shared (Men’s/Women’s) on the floor. No kitchen on-site. No parties/events. Max occupancy: 1 per room. Daytime visitors allowed; no overnight visitors. Guest access Please remove trash regularly and place it in the green garbage container in the driveway. Extra bags are in the closet. Bathroom etiquette Shared bathrooms: leave clean after each use. Do not leave personal items in the bathroom. Cooking / appliances No cooking appliances (hot plates, toaster ovens, air fryers, grills) inside the building. Microwave only. Smoking/vaping is allowed only in the designated outdoor smoking area. No smoking/vaping indoors. Visitors Day visitors only (7am–10pm). No overnight visitors. No gatherings. Noise Quiet hours 10pm–8am. No loud music/TV in hallways. Parking Park only in permitted areas. Do not block driveways/entrances. Supplies closet Storage/utility closet is for shared supplies only. Please don’t remove items from the property. Safety Do not tamper with smoke/CO detectors or exterior cameras. Report any safety issue immediately. Be kind to other guests :)
