However, there's no living area inside the home. Also it's a unit of a duplex so we have an adjacent apartment sharing a common wall ➤ The laundry room is in the basement. Please use the laundry room between 4pm and 10am. Cleaning staff will use the laundry room from 10am to 4pm. ➤ Please do not use the kitchen during the quiet hours. ➤ There is a spacious and deep driveway that can park two cars. (if parked right, up to 4 cars) ➤ It is best to throw garbage directly into the large trash can at the back door. The garbage truck comes every Thursday to collect garbage. ➤ If you will be using the fire pit, you can purchase gas in the nearby store. Cost is $35 a can, you can bring the old can for replacement. ➤ A friendly reminder to please keep control of your noise level inside the property to show goodwill and respect to other guests.
