This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by. The space This is a bayou neighborhood with boat access and lots of fishing. The house is located at the back of my property, at the water. Private balcony off of the back of the house. Greenhouse, yard, deck, dock, small sunbathing pool, fishing, and beautiful garden (for photos), and cornhole game all available to renters. Only my husband and I reside at the property, so it’s mostly private. Guest access Guest are welcome with complete access to the dock, deck, layout pool, games, greenhouse, driveway, fire pit, and outdoor lighting Other things to note Pets are welcome with a kennel inside (no pets on furniture or in bed). And of course allowed to roam the yard. Please pick up after your pet when it comes to excrement.
