About 6 minutes from downtown Manhattan NYC using train, Also you could walking to the ferry station to Manhattan. With all the services around such as, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and others around our place, parking garage paying, mall. etc The space The apartment is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms to sleep with a king size bed in each room. The first bedroom has windows facing the street so it is possible to hear the noise and chatter of the street, the second bedroom is at the back of the apartment and is quieter, better for resting, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in each bedroom, modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs, modern bathroom with all its accessories. There is no separate living room. Guest access Full place Other things to note Please note that our accommodation is on the first floor, in the front bedroom you can hear noises from the main door of the building as people enter and leave the building. mostly in summer season, if you are in the front bedroom, since the windows face the street, sometimes you can hear conversations or street noises if you are only in the front bedroom. In the back room you can't hear the noise. Although more people could accommodate, four people would be comfortably accommodated, the kitchen and bathroom separate the two bedrooms for greater privacy. We don't have a living room.
