You don’t even have to leave the property to get that authentic Hawaiian feel. The space Very updated and newly redone condo is equipped with patio chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and other handy beach items. This will save you from renting your own. Beautiful lanai with ocean view to watch the sunset!! AC unit in living room and bedroom, also fans in every room of the house including bathroom. Couch is a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults. Unit also has a washer dryer for all your laundry needs. Also free assigned parking on site. The unit is a corner unit so there are only neighbors to one side and not two neighbors on each side, which is nice. Contact owner for RENTAL CAR availability during your stay. Across the street you will find an open-air craft market for all your souvenir needs. This area is very walkable and close to Magic Sands Beach. Lots of ABC stores (Hawaiian gift shops) and local stores and great waterfront restaurants nearby as well. Driving distance to grocery store. Directly next door is a very convenient sundries store with small grocery items and drinks. Guest access Guests have access to community beach that is onsite, bbq pits, pool, and beach chairs. Also one parking spot comes with unit. Other things to note We are located on the second floor and there are no elevators. It’s 18 steps up to the unit. Entire property is smoke and vape free. Must go out to the street to smoke. 4 person limit in condo per the HOA rules. If any more people are staying there, you will be asked to leave with no refunds. Thanks.
