The space The apartment features a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups. New appliances, cabinetry, lighting, and finishes throughout create a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer provide all the conveniences needed for both short- and long-term stays. Guests have exclusive access to the entire lower-level apartment through a private, secure entrance. The property includes one assigned garage stall for guest use, providing secure and convenient parking. Additional parking is available in front of the assigned garage stall, and extra space is available for trailers, recreational vehicles, or additional vehicles. Guest access You will be provided with a four digit keypad code within 24 hours of your arrival. Please enter through the people door to the right of the garage. Enter your four digit code to access the garage. To the right you will see an additional door that will give you access to a common hallway. Descend the flight of stairs and you will see your private entrance door to your unit. Please make use of the shoe rack and boot try to minimize tracking dirt in from the outside. If you choose to use the garage, your assigned stall is on the right side, closest to the people door. There is a button to open the garage door immediately inside the people's door. If you choose to park in front of the garage, please park in front of the right-hand garage stall. You may certainly make use of the secondary parking area to the left of the garage for trailers and extra vehicles. Other things to note This home is located just a few blocks from SCL/HRH/Intermountain Health. Enjoy the extra on-site parking - there is a space that can be used for trailer or RV parking.
