Welcome to Vacation Bliss on Buttermilk Bay! This charming 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home sits right on Buttermilk Bay with access to the private association beach just a few steps from the property. Beautiful outdoor space with panoramic views of the Bay and you can see the Cape Cod Railroad Bridge right from the yard! The space Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buttermilk Bay. Comfortable home with great outdoor space, two living areas, and a private beach. Amazing views from almost every room in the house! Enter into the home through the side door and step into the up-to-date kitchen. This well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space to prepare meals easily. The kitchen also has a stackable washer/dryer for easy access! Head through the kitchen and step into the open living and dining area. The first floor has two living rooms back to back, with a glass door separating the two, which is great for groups that want to watch separate shows during the evening while still taking in the bay views! This level also has a bedroom and half bathroom off of the kitchen. Bedroom 1: Double- 1st Floor- Window AC Unit Bathroom 1: Half bathroom- 1st Floor Bedroom 2: 1 Double & 1 Twin- 2nd Floor- Window AC Unit Bedroom 3: Queen & 1 Twin- 2nd Floor- Window AC Unit Bathroom 2: Full w/ Shower/Tub combo- 2nd Floor The patio off the kitchen offers an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and a gas grill. As you head down the hill there are also Adirondack chairs, an additional table for outdoor dining, and a hammock to take in the views! The private association beach access path is to the left of the driveway, please be sure to use this path to get down to the beach. During high tide the tide comes right up to the seawall but during low tide you can enjoy the exposed beach. There are 3 AC units in the property, 1 in each bedroom.
