The space Enter into the living room featuring sectional couch and 50" Samsung smart TV with Roku. To the right is the dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Kitchen features a "coffee nook" with regular and decaf coffee, tea, hot chocolate ready to prepare. Non-dairy creamers and a variety of sweeteners are provided to get your trip started. ** New for 2026 - triple mode coffee maker does single cups, k-cups or up to 12 cups using carafe ** To the left is the hall leading to the bathroom, master bedroom with queen bed and 2nd/kids' bedroom featuring a twin over full bunk bed. Extra bedding, pillows, fans and luggage rack found in closets. Bedrooms equipped with smart TVs and Rokus. Every room has its own A/C unit allowing individual control of temperature (during the warm months). Outside find a large front yard, great place for the kids to play. To the side is a fenced in area with propane grill, outdoor dining table, chairs and firepit. Cape Cod is fantastic year around. Our rates vary with the season so plan a fall, winter or spring getaway and enjoy the savings (and reduced traffic)! Guest access The entire property is open for guest use except for the shed to the right of the house. Keyless entry - code will be provided in advance of check in. Basement is a utility space accessible via outdoor bulkhead with nothing of interest to guests. The circuit breaker panel is located there, straight across from the entrance to the left of the furnace. Other things to note Spring has sprung! We enter our third season thankful for our guests who have made this endeavor a success. Cape Cod tends to have a summer that extends later than most would think due to the ocean moderating the season keeping it warmer. Likewise, spring also tends to linger a bit longer and if you enjoy spring temperatures, May into early June tend to offer that. In short, Cape Cod is great year around!
