Our thoughtfully designed space offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for short/medium term stays. This home offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Queen, full & twin), Blackout curtains, in-unit washer/dryer, 55” Smart TV, Gigabit FIOS Wifi, keyless entry, AC/heating, private outdoor patio/yard with a fire-pit, linens, detergents, toiletries and everything in between! The space Let's talk the area around you, and let's talk the house itself: 🗺️ THE AREA You are only: -20 mins away from Boston -18 mins away from Boston Logan Airport -15 mins away from Salem -10 mins away from Kings Beach -7 mins away from Lynn Woods Reservation (it's gorgeous, just saying) *Get Active Nearby: Award winning street art & murals (search Beyond Walls Lynn), Museums, Observatory, Mini Golf, Skating Rink, Fitness Studios, Gannon Golf Course. *Go Green Nearby: Nahant & Kings Beach (13 & 10 min drive respectively), Lynn Woods Reservation (7 min drive), Dog Park, Green spaces *Good Eats Nearby: Endless restaurants featuring Phantom Gourmet featured food from across the globe, Bars & Breweries, Bakeries, Cafes & Delis. There's almost no limit to the cuisines you'll find in Lynn. *Get Connected Nearby: Easy access to Boston (20 min drive) MBTA & Logan Airport access (Logan is 18 min drive), Major highways (Route 1, I95/I93) Grocery stores, Specialty shops, Gas & EV stations, Pharmacies, Banks, Shopping Malls, Post office, Library. 🏠 THE HOME *Every aspect of the home has been thoughtfully designed for any and all guests: families, wanderers & adventurers, digital nomads, traveling professionals, you name it. *Is that a cloud you're sleeping on? Nope, that's just the memory foam mattress we stock on all of our beds! How could we make it any more accommodating? By putting blackout curtains in both rooms so that sensitive sleepers (like myself) don't have to carry eye-masks everywhere. *In-unit laundry is tucked away so that you can avoid costly trips to the laundromat. Or worse, put dirty clothes in your bag that'll smell on the plane ride home. *Oh, did we mention that the TV pulls out and rotates so that you can sit back and watch your shows on our 55" ROKU equipped smart TV? It’s also on “Guest Mode” so once you sign in, it’ll sign you out of your accounts upon checkout! *Like we said above, restaurants are fun, and Lynn/ the neighboring towns have a lot to offer. But in the event you want to chef up a nice home cooked meal, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need. French press if you're fancy, standard coffee maker if you're not, mixing bowls, cutting boards, the works. While the home is equipped to host 5 people, we think the perfect group size is 3-4. We're happy to host all 5, but keep in mind it'll be a little cozier. 🐶🐱PET FEES & DETAILS: -1-2 dogs/cats: $50 -3+ dogs/cats: $100 -You must let us know in advance and properly pay for pets. Failure to do so will incur a $150 fine (guests that follow you might have severe pet allergies and our cleaning team must deep clean in order to prevent issues) 🚨OTHER CHARGES -Unscheduled Late checkout fee: $75 Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, please honor their time. If you are interested in an early check in or late check out, you must book it. -Propane tank use : $10 For safety reasons, if you want to use the fire pit you must communicate at least 5 days in advance so that we can replace/refill & properly install the propane tank. *Please purchase travel insurance to protect your trip as we do honor our cancellation policy. We are not able to offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/illnesses or other issues that are beyond our control. **ONLY for guests with: -poor reviews -0 trips - Long stays (more than 5 days) We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Therefore, before we accept your booking, you will need to verify your details via a secure link that we'll DM you. It'll take less than 5 minutes and will provide us the peace of mind we need, knowing our home will be occupied by upstanding guests! *Forgot your toothbrush in the bathroom or Advil on the counter? We have an on-site store via The Host Co where you can buy snacks, toothbrushes, NSAIDS, feminine products and unique services like an on-site massage from a local LMT, Private Chef for two, and even a stocked fridge with groceries of your choice. Just click the link in our welcome message! Guest access The home has a private yard and patio. You are free to use it all. Again, let us know if you want to use to propane tank (at least 5 days in advance) so we can replace/install it for you. Other things to note Parking *There is NO designated lot/driveway to park. However, on the side facing the house, there IS free street parking. Please do not park in the brick-lined driveway (yellow house) or the large driveway (White House) on either side, as they belongs to our lovely neighbors. *For safety reasons, if you want to use the fire pit you must communicate at least 5 days in advance so that we can replace/refill & properly install the propane tank. *Keep in mind street cleaning happens 1x a month on Monday at 7am so please be advised to move your car for 5 minutes while they do their business *Snow emergencies. If you're new to New England, welcome. There will be a blue flashing light at the intersection near the house (Myrtle and Walnut street). If it's blue and a snow storm is projected to hit, move your car to the parking lot a few blocks away at the Lincoln Thomson School. If this seems like a lot, don't worry, I'll text to remind you.
