As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious living room complete with a 75" TV, premium soundbar, and a sleek built-in electric fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a day at the beach. The open-concept kitchen is a cook's dream, offering ample counter space for meal preparation and a dining area ideal for gathering with family and friends. Whether it's breakfast before a day of adventure or a cozy family dinner, this space has you covered. On the main living level, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each featuring luxurious king-size beds, as well as a full bathroom for added convenience. Head upstairs to discover a second full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, plus a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The upper level also includes two more charming bedrooms: one with three twin-size beds, perfect for kids or additional guests, and the other with a comfortable full-size bed. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit and access to parking on site. Other things to note ***No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund. *** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adults must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the stay, the occupants will be removed without refund. *** A single flight of stairs is required to access the main entrance. *** As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
