This home is located in a very safe, quiet, and convenient area. A full bathroom in the hallway services this room plus another bedroom. A zero tolerance policy is in effect regarding smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind. A minimum $1,000.00 penalty will be incurred for violations. Do not violate this policy. High maintenance guests should lodge elsewhere. The kitchen is under remodel. It does have basic appliances for guest use. A washer and dryer are present and available for guests.
