A Daybreak Stay

Located in the highly sought after Waukee Daybreak neighborhood; our custom built, modern style home, is located on a quiet Cul-du-sac and perfect for couples getting away for the weekend, business executives and family getaways. The spacious open floor plan is perfect for gathering as well as a large media room with full bar in the basement. Our outdoor patio with a custom-built pergola and firepit is perfect for outdoor lounging! And don't forget, a 3-car garage too! The space House is fully furnished. First floor bedroom suite has a shower, toilet and a nice walk in closet. A queen bed and a TV on the wall. Upstairs has a bathroom off the kitchen. Living room, Kitchen, dining table, bar stools, mud room, washer and dryer and a 3 car attached garage. Basement bedrooms have king size beds and full bunkbeds. Basement family room with 2 sectionals, TV, bar/kitchenette, round table with 6 Bar stools. A queen size blow up mattress with bedding is available in the storage room next to the stairs. Everything you need to enjoy a nice , relaxing stay. Guest access The whole house, garage and backyard. Other things to note Three total bedrooms and one bedroom has a King and a Full Bunkbed. Also, a queen blow up mattress is in the basement closet.
