The space This charming lakefront cottage is being offered for the first time in 2024! This special retreat was originally built as a three bedroom, one bathroom cottage in the 1930’s. An addition was completed in 1994 with a large kitchen and big West Lake Okoboji views from the spacious great room and master bedroom. Updates completed in May 2024 include fresh paint throughout the house, new carpet, and all new furnishings. Ideally located in Browns Bay, you can easily walk or bike through the quaint neighborhood to Arnolds Park Amusement Park less than one mile away for fine dining, concerts, shopping, putt-putt golf, and more! Swim right off the dock or visit the beach at Arnolds Park or Terrace Park (only 1.2 miles away). Enjoy stunning sunsets from the dock or the house. A large 3-car garage provides plenty of room for cars, bikes, and lake toys. 4 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 3 queen beds Other things to note: No smoking 7 day minimum stay.
