We are new to the rental market and would like to share with your family. Our home was completely renovated in the winter of 2024 with new floors, paint, kitchen, bathroom and furniture. The space The home is a very bright 2450 sqft, 4-bedroom, 4-bath home that can sleep up to 14. The home is elevated with plenty of parking as it can fit 8 cars or plenty of room under the house for cornhole or outside play. 1st Floor: Bedroom 1- Queen bed & twin bed with Deck. (Sleep up to 3) Bedroom 2-Bunk beds with twin, full, and trundle twin with Deck. (Sleep up to 4) Bedroom 3- King Master with Full Bath and Deck. (Sleeps 2) Living Room with a sleeper sofa Queen and a Twin with Deck (Sleeps up to 3) Full Bathroom Laundry Room 2nd Floor: King Master bedroom with Full Bath and Deck (Sleeps 2) Half Bath Living Room & Kitchen & Deck & walk up to Roof Top Two blow-up twin mattresses are available. There are 4 decks, all accessible from the bedrooms, and a rooftop with tables and chairs for views of the ocean and bay. The side backyard area has a great viewing area of Kinsey Pond. This area is very narrow with one block to the beach and one block to the bay.
