Whether you are enjoying coffee out in the sunroom, or enjoying the large living room space with family, this well built home will give you plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy your vacation. The expansive back yard is wonderful year round, and you can even see the peak of Mt. Greylock on a clear day looking out from the 2nd floor! There is a master bedroom with private ensuite full bath on the 2nd level, and on the other side of the house are two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Then downstairs is the kitchen, another bathroom, a dining room, the laundry room, a HUGE living room, and another bedroom. Oh, and of course the sunroom that leads out into the backyard! There is a bedroom on the first floor! Large enough space for a great gathering. Guest access You are welcome to use the yard, driveway, all of the rooms in the first and second floor of the house and the garage. We just ask that you do not use the basement. Other things to note The home accommodates up to 7 guests, but any stays with more than 4 guests incur an additional $35 per guest, per night.
