No alcohol drinking inside nor outside the house. No smoke inside nor outside the house. Do not have food nor drinks on the beds (bedrooms). ▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout). ▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. ▶ Pets are not allowed. ▶ No parties allowed. No more than five people allowed. No alcohol drinking inside nor outside the house. ▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation. ▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly. ▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250. ▶ The trash is removed every Friday. Please set recyclables and trash at the curb between 6 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. on your scheduled trash/recycling day. Whenever a scheduled collection day falls on a holiday, that day's collection and all remaining collections for the week will be delayed one day. ▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages. ▶ Exceeding the guest limit of five people will result in a $200 penalty and cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
