The space This gorgeous, new-construction home is located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, a favorite hangout of locals! You're also about a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter, including Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street. Our home features plenty of comfortable seating, TVs with streaming services, and a full kitchen with everything you need for making a meal on a cozy night in. There are 9 units in the building, and 6 parking spaces in the garage. While each unit has permission to park ONE vehicle in the garage, it is only available on a first-come, first-served basis. If the garage is full, you'll need to park on the street - same goes for any additional vehicles you may have. There's plenty of free street parking on the block around the building, so you'll never have any trouble finding a spot. Please note that the entrance to the garage is very steep, so vehicles with lower ground clearances may not be able to enter without scraping their undersides.
