Family-friendly space is on north end of Seaside Heights close to boardwalk on beach block. Approximately 4 houses from beach, this classic & neat cottage features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower only), full kitchen (stove only) & living room. Linens, 4 beach tags, fast wifi, window ACs, & grill. ON-STREET PARKING (1 pass provided). 3 day min. No parties, large groups or proms *ID, Deposit, & all guest info required per local ordinance. *Min. rental age is 25. (Merc #LM241059, STRP#1013) NO PETS The space Our place is a 1 minute walk to the sand & boardwalk on the quieter north end of Seaside Heights beach and boardwalk. The classic cottage has been renovated to provide newer amenities with the original 1940s cottage structure. Our cottage features - ON STREET parking pass for 1 car (no driveway) - 3 bedrooms with big queen beds - 1 bathroom (shower only) - All linens, towels and beach gear provided - 4 beach tags - Beach shower - New window ACs in all bedrooms and living room. - Fully stocked kitchen - Propane grill - Private backyard - Front porch seating - Fast wifi - Smart locks Our cottage does not have an oven but we have provided a counter top toaster/convection oven, classic toaster, propane grill, and Keurig coffee maker. The cottage does not have a dishwasher. Seaside Heights ordinance now requires all guests to disclose name, address, phone number and birthdate to the host when leasing a property for summer rentals. This information is submitted to the town prior to your arrival. You also must be 25 years old to rent the property and be a part of the guest group staying on site. We do not rent to large groups, parties, prom groups or parents renting for their teen/unqualified children. Guest access Guests have full access to cottage accept the closet in the back bedroom, which is locked and used for supply storage. However, that bedroom has a dresser and luggage rack for guest items during their stay. Other things to note >DISINFECTING: We clean our home with hospital grade cleaners and finish by electro-static spraying the high touch surfaces and interior areas with EPA approved Vital Oxide, which kills a variety of germs including MRSA, H1N1, & SARS-COV strains. (Hospitals and airlines are using the same technique on their equipment and cabins.) We are one of the very few seasonal rentals in the area that employ this technique. > POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: House is close to the beach and hub of town and bars. There will be some tourist noise from the street and average living noise from the close neighbors. > TERMINATION OF RESERVATION: If you are disruptive to the neighbors or the police are called to address your behavior, or you bring an an authorized animal on property, your reservation will be terminated, WITHOUT REFUND, and you will be removed from the property immediately. > NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Noise level/decibel monitoring device is present in the unit. It doesn’t record speech or sound but will monitor if the decibels of sound increase past noise ordinance levels. > EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS: External cameras (audio/video, 24/7, motion triggered) on property cover only driveway, alley with AC equipment & bikes for security / anti-theft purposes (motion triggered). Porches, decks, doorways, picnic area and front sidewalk are NOT INCLUDED in surveillance to protect guest privacy. > STAIRS: There are 5 steps with railings at the front/back porches to access the home. > DEPOSIT: If you damage the home, you may be charged $500 or more for repairs. This includes, but is not limited to; cigarette smoke remediation, damage from unauthorized pets, BBQ cleaning charges, and missing items. See chart provided.
