This house is absolutely an individual property with private fence around. You do not need to share space with others! This charming Bay Side property is ideal for a group of up to 6 guests, Frist bedroom sleeping arrangements include a comfortable Queen bed and traditional white wicker bedroom set, second bedroom has a Modern and cozy twin over full bunk bed for your utmost comfort. The backroom has a futon can be converted to a full-size bed. This room has its own door, blinds and curtains with privacy can be used as third bedroom as well as a second living room. The property is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with a Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stove, Full-size Refrigerator, Oven, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Other amenities include a Washer and Dryer, High-Speed Internet, Smart TVs for entertainment, and a Wireless Lan for your convenience. Your personal code will be sent to you 2-3 days before check-in. The code to the lock on the gate will also be sent to you upon check in. Other things to note This season from June 22th to September 7th we have 7 nights Min. -Except August prefers Sunday changeover. August we have Saturday Changover. Upon booking, an $200 security deposit will be requested from the AirBnB resolution center. The security deposit will be fully refunded 4-7 days after checking out if there is no major damage to the house. A copy of government issued ID （Driver license） will be requested upon booking and check in. Our property requires minimum age of 25 to make a booking, and the person who make the booking needs to stay in the property during booking time.
