The home has a large deck off of the dining room with a gas bbq and a rooftop deck with gorgeous lake views and a gas fire pit. The home has a full kitchen, large dining area and 2 family rooms with TVs and games and a gas fireplace. This is our 4th rental home on the lake as we have been welcoming guests to the Berkshires for nearly 10 years. The space 5 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Bathrooms, 2 Decks, 2 Family Rooms, 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Beds, BBQ, Gas Fireplace, Gas Fire Pit, Dock, Games, Kayaks, Lake and more. Guest access The entire house is yours. There is self check in. We provide a detailed welcome book with all the information you need and we are at your disposal during your stay. Other things to note This home is a brand new property. We are a 10-15 minute drive to Jiminy Peak and very close to many Berkshire attractions . I’m sorry but we do not allow pets.
