Welcome to your summer escape - including TWO off street parking spots! Our beach cottage is perfectly situated on Ocean Avenue, steps away from the beach, and only 0.3 miles away from Jenkinson's Boardwalk! You can have hours of family fun with all there is to offer - the aquarium, rides, arcades, and mini golf. Alternatively, unplug and lounge on the beach to your heart's content. Enjoy town fireworks every Thursday of Summer (weather permitting)!! The space Saturday - Saturday preferred, 7 night minimum starting May 15th. Our home is perfect for families. You will be steps away from the beach and ocean air. Cute coffee shop, restaurants and bars within steps of our home. Not included: No towels or linens are provided. Please bring your own, or we can refer you to a local linen service who can coordinate drop-off and pick-up. Please note, the property does not have a washer / dryer. The laundry mat is down the street. Guest access The whole home is yours during your stay. We are available via text if any questions arise. Self check-in and keypad entry details will be shared ahead of your stay. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking! Please, no parties. We're a family oriented neighborhood, and there is no patience for inconsiderate / noisy tenants. The town will require full names, and permanent addresses of all guests booking.
