Log Apartment near Airport

ACCURATELY list guests/pets when booking. If you do weed (even medical) or smoke/vape inside, we are NOT your place. Our beautiful log apt. is attached to our house but has its own separate entrance. It's close to airport, stores, LA History. Safe area,30 mins to French Quarter. We are best for non smokers, furry friends (dogs must be walked on leash) Filled with essentials. There is a covered carport over your front door (can smoke tobacco here only). We do work out of our home. The space Complimentary starter snacks. One bedroom with queen bed and smart TV (55"), full small kitchen with complimentary condiments, spices, oil, pots and pans, stove, oven, full size refrigerator. Sitting room with sofa bed for kids or lightweight (less than 150lb) adults. TV with DVD in sitting room. Full laundry and bathroom with shower (no tub) . Filtered water available on sink faucet. Sideboard table in kitchen for eating if wished. Private Carport which covers front door and sitting area on carport where you can relax, smoke (cigarettes, no pot or other drugs) Rear exit also with small shared porch (no smoking here please) Basic amenities to start including coffee. Apartment is fully stocked with most things needed for day to day living. Feel free to look in cabinets for what you need during your stay here. Guest access Your own driveway/carport and private apartment entrance. (sit and smoke cigarettes here if needed, NOT inside) Apt. is attached to main house that we live in but you and your guests are the only ones in the apt side. NO smoking in apartment at all, not even with windows open. NO WEED/DRUGS ANYWHERE AROUND. If you have a medical need for weed, we are NOT your place. Full run of cabin apartment except one closet, which is one bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen, sitting/living area and all amenities that are in the apartment which are all for your use while staying at apartment. Also some things additional on request, such as litter box, crate or pack n play, ice box, etc, whatever, just ask we might have it for use while here. Pets must be on and have to be walked on leash in our quiet country neighborhood and in a crate inside when unattended. Other things to note For setup and planning - Please accurately list visitors and pets when you are booking. By Airbnb rules the person who books must be one of the persons staying. Our street is one lane - go SLOW please. There are STEPS up into apartment (see photos). NO smoking in apartment and NO weed or drugs on my property period. We do have some train noise (1500 feet away) and river noise about 500 hundred feet away but offer ear plugs or white noise if needed. Cabin apartment is private but is attached to the house we live in (shares a wall) so may not be the best if you are shift working and sleeping all day as we work from home . There is a smart 55" TV in bedroom. Sitting room Tv only has local channels and DVD player with some DVD's to start. Please NOTE - if you love a bit of country, we are your fit. There are goats in the back yard, we have dogs at home and cats at the barn (not in your side but may pass outside) and horses. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN NO ONE IS IN APARTMENT, leashed when walked. We have crates if needed. Please note that our horses/ponies are our BUSINESS, not a hobby. For a fee you can make an appointment for a barn tour or "experience" or pony rides for the kids but they are not part of the apartment offering. Thanks for understanding.
