Close to LBI (20 mins), Atlantic & Ocean Cities are less than 35 minutes away! LBI ferry is 5 minutes away & takes you directly to LBI. Graveling Point Beach is less than 2 miles away with GORGEOUS views. The space Welcome to this beautiful waterfront home! This bright and peaceful waterfront home is located on the west side of Mystic Islands. Bring your boat, water toys, and bathing suit to access the beautiful lagoon through the backyard using the brand-new bulkhead dock. With the well-maintained yard, complete with a firepit and wood (provided to you), you can sit and enjoy the beautiful water views and watch the sunrise and sunset from the lounge chairs and conversational set in the backyard. Relax in our airy living room with a movie on a brand new 65-inch television with access to Youtube TV, Prime Video, Disney +, etc.), grab a book, or play a game. This home is comfortable for up to 12 guests. Stand-up paddle boards, a water mat, kayaks, and crab traps will be available for you and the family to enjoy. There are many activities on the bay, locally, and great waterfront restaurants nearby by land or sea. Picturesque views and beautiful sunsets. Be our guest with all the comforts of home. There is fun for everyone at any time of the year! Please read the full description and house rules section. As the pictures show, you must climb one set of stairs to access the house. Bedroom 1 (Main Level) - King-size bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) - Queen bed and separate twin-size trundle bed (sleeps 4 people) Bedroom 3 (Upper Level) - Queen bed with a desk/working area (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 (Upper Level) - 2 twins, and 1 set of twin bunk beds and a crib (sleeps 5 people including use of crib) Sunroom (can be converted to a bedroom) - Pull-out Queen sleeper sofa. This room can be completely closed off for privacy. (sleeps 2 people) There are 2 full bathrooms. One located on each level. There is a fully equipped kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; if you prefer, you can fire up the grill (propane included). Each room has a TV if you want to unwind and watch Netflix or Hulu. There are board games to enjoy with the family. Washer and Dryer are available in the downstairs bathroom. We provide a variety of household items for you to use during your stay, such as linens, bath towels, and games. There is an exterior ring camera located outside that can be removed. Please let us know if you need assistance locating these items or additional items. Please use all house amenities responsibly. Guest access You will be renting the entire home. The first level is your outdoor living space and entertainment area. This home is comfortable for up to 12 guests. House is located on the bay – Swimming, boating, fishing, and crabbing are all allowed & encouraged. Guests have access to a washer and dryer and a covered outdoor grill. Firewood is provided in the backyard, as well as Kayaks, paddleboards, and life jackets. Other things to note This home is PERFECT for a family, friends, or wedding party. Extremely close to LBI, Atlantic City, and much more... Quick boating access to the Great Bay, Mullica River, and the Atlantic Ocean. External security camera located on property that can be removed upon request. Two beautiful golf courses are just minutes away. Minutes to the historic Tuckerton Seaport or a short ride to Smithville village. The Tuckerton Seaport/Beach Haven Water Ferry opens July 4th and runs through Labor Day providing direct access to Long Beach Island (LBI). VERY IMPORTANT: Garbage (Blue Can) and Recycle ( Green Can) go out every Monday night. Please take the cans to the curb when staying during this time. This is a NON-SMOKING property.
