This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers a peaceful sanctuary with skylight ceilings filling the space with natural light We are in a great location just 1 minute from Umass Lowell South Campus and a 3 minute walk from our beautiful Lowell boulevard Note: Skylight window fill the unit with light; bedrooms brighten early, especially one without curtains, making it less suitable for light-sensitive guests. The space You'll find two bedrooms, each with comfy beds and ample storage. The main bedroom has a queen size bed while the second room has a full size bed and doubles as a workspace, equipped with a desk and chair. Each bedroom can comfortably sleep 2 persons each. In the kitchen, you'll find all the essentials for cooking and dining, including cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. There's a dining area nearby to enjoy your meals. Relax in the living room with a 55-inch smart TV and high speed internet. The modern bathroom offers a refreshing shower or bath. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our place has everything you need for a comfy stay! Guest access Guests have full access to our cozy Airbnb, located on the top floor of a two-family building. There are two entrances for their convenience: one at the front of the house and one at the back. At the front entrance, guests will find a staircase leading directly to the unit, with a door featuring a keypad lock for entry. At the back entrance, marked as 19B, guests will also find a staircase leading up, with another door featuring a keypad lock with the same code for entry. Please note that guests are only permitted access to the unit and these two entrances. Other areas outside the unit are off-limits. Other things to note Please note that during the spin cycle of the washer, there may be noticeable shaking, particularly in a two-hour wash cycle where the spin cycle occurs two to three times for about three minutes each. This shaking is due to a leveling issue with the house and unfortunately cannot be entirely eliminated. If you plan to use the laundry facilities, please be aware that there will be some noise during the spin cycle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding
