It is a quiet neighborhood and a very treasured space- no loud music, noises. Be mindful of the neighbors. No smoking/ vaping indoors, because the home is carpeted- smoke and smells stay in. you may see a bunny or two, we have the occasional fox and deer (we are not far from brookdale park), there will be fireflies in the backyard in the evenings. We turn the outdoor lights off (unless we need then) in summer months for the fireflies . I will leave a citronella candle bucket in case you want to sit out and eat. Sometimes there are pesky mosquitoes.
