Designed for effortless summer living, our 3BR/2.5BA family-friendly home sleeps 8 and includes private parking, a washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and beach gear. Summer rentals run Sat–Sat (7 nights); FULL WEEKS AVAILABLE even if midweek dates appear blocked. The space The house has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 twin over full bunk bed, and a queen-size sleeper sofa). The house has been furnished with brand-new furniture, beds, and comes complete with everything you will need for your summer escape. This year, we added custom closets to all bedrooms for easy storage. Dining seating for 9 with a 6 seater dining table and 3 seater kitchen counter, all appliances and cooking wares (cutlery, plates, pots & pans, electric kettle, toaster, blender, etc.), sheets, towels, blankets, and beach gear (beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, large shade tent, and coolers). All with enough for 8 guests. All bedrooms have professionally installed blackout blinds. Blinds/shades in all rooms, including bathrooms. Both full bathrooms are located upstairs and each has a shower. There is no bathtub. There is half bath next to the kitchen. Washer/Dryer are located on the 2nd floor. There is a storage area underneath the house, which requires a key to access. This is where we keep the beach gear. There is an outdoor foot & body rinse-off underneath the front stairs for when you get back from the beach. There is private parking for 2 cars in the carport. Use caution when parking and leaving the property. The carport is narrow. Guests will be responsible for any damage done to the carport and/or house. No drunk driving. Guest access Guest may use the entire property and all features/amenities. Guests may not access the attic or owner's closet.
