Other things to note Please note **The stairs leading to the private beach are steep and uneven. They cannot be replaced due to a city conservation code. **The dock is not available all year-round. It is added around Memorial Day, then removed in the fall. **The porch has screens during the summer season and glass windows for the rest of the year.
