PARKING • $40 a day parking fee paid directly to Kauai Beach Resort at check-in. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY • Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check in procedure: Simply check in at the front desk with your name and booking info. Your 2 forms of ID must match your Reservation. ID can be DL, Passport, Airfare, Ticket, etc. PET POLICY Pets are STRICTLY PROHIBITED at this Resort Hotel. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES • Please note that daily maid service is not included when booking direct through Airbnb. The cleaning fee included in your payment to Airbnb covers cleaning/re-stocking the room after you check out. If you would like a mid-stay cleaning (maid service) for your room, it is $75 per cleaning. Towel or Linen exchange is $25.00 per time. Please Note: $25.00 minimum charged to damage deposit per damaged or missing item.. Book via Airbnb and avoid paying the $35 per day resort fee charged by Kauai Beach Resort. Distance is approx 3.5 miles. Please note: This is a private 'condotel' room at an Hawaiian Resort. In short, it is simply a fancy hotel room. As my guest, you are experiencing the resort just as I would if I were living there. The Resort has rules and regulations, It is a unique situation, and I am blessed to have this as income. I honor and treasure each of you just as I would my own close family. But in actual fact, I have very little pull at this resort! It's really very much like living at a Condo anywhere at all in the USA! Guest access Aloha Dear Guest! Each Private Unit guest has full access to the pools, whirlpool spas, the grounds, the beach, the business center, the restaurants, the lounges, the poolside bar, live music & entertainment, the Gym & Fitness room. Enjoy the Beach but please note that there is NO LIFEGUARD provided. So Parents must be responsible for watching their kids. Although Microwaves are explicitly banned in each room by the resort, there is a Microwave for guest usage in the 5 floor lounge, reached by the Elevator in Building 2. Please ask Desk for location. My Ground Floor unit has a Ninja Coffee Maker that also makes ground drip coffee, or pods. It can also make tea or hot water for dry soup packages. There is a Frother, and I have left photocopied directions in the drawer where you will find coffee and tea selections, in case you need directions. There is a mini Refrigerator with Freezer in the Room, a Safe, an Ironing board, an Iron, Hairdryer, First Aid Kit, Fire extinguisher. I also provide extra trash bags, as trash is NOT to be left outside any rooms door. Guests are expected to dispose of all their trash themselves. Luckily, it is an easy walk via your outdoor patio. Go down the grass to the path and turn right. Continue across the lagoon bridge and you will find a dumpster almost directly ahead of you by the Villas (Private Condos) Parking lot. The room features a new AC/Heat system operated via the Thermostat in the room. I try to provide a few things to make your stay more enjoyable. This includes a down comforter on the beds. This is where you ask about any Island Adventures your heart longs for! Also, Although there IS parking at the resort, it is NOT free.
