The first floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. Beach towels and beach badges are readily accessible, located outside of the first floor bathroom. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with free standing washer and dryer. All bath towels and bed linens/pillows are provided. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body lotion and a hair dryer. On the third floor, there is a bonus room with games/toys and an additional TV, perfect for the kids to play or an extra space for the adults to hideaway. There are plenty of sleep options available on the third floor as well, along with a separate air conditioning unit for your comfort. The oversized car-and-half garage provides plenty of space for parking and storage of beach equipment, bikes, and yard games. There is an additional reserved parking spot in the driveway. A private outdoor shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, is located on the side of the house. Front Door Access: You'll have a unique access code for your stay that will be shared with you ahead of your check-in date. Your code will become active at 4pm on the day of check-in and will become inactive at 10am on the day of check-out. Other things to note **All linens are provided & beds are made** Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made up with fresh sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. We have plenty of extra pillows and blankets available for your comfort as well. Freshly cleaned bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are readily available in each bathroom. Beach towels are also provided. **Extra Amenities** Your stay includes all essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and hand soap. A hair dryer is located in the second floor bathroom and an iron is located in the bedroom closet.
